I didn’t start with a business plan. I began by working with individuals, but quickly realised that without looking at the systems surrounding them, you’re only ever seeing part of the picture.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​  Hi, I am Karin El-Monir, the brains behind Noreia Consultancy Space. My mind is what you see mirrored in our business: a mix of neurobiology in action, complex systems thinking, and a strong helping of psychotherapy concepts and brain-based approaches. 

We see the human brain as complex, sometimes complicated, and yet incredibly capable. We are here to help you create healthier systems, clearer leadership, and more sustainable ways of working.
